My current research project is focused on the analysis of data taken by CAPSCam (Carnegie Astrometric Planet Search Camera) detector mounted on the 2.5 m Irénée du Pont Telescope at the Las Campanas Observatory in Chile. In the last decade, CAPSCam has been observing about 100 nearby low mass stars (principally late M, L, and T dwarfs) in order to detect signatures of Jupiter-mass planets with long orbital period.
